Actor Kareena Kapoor has emerged as the ‘Most Profitable Actress’ at the Bollywood Business Awards that was conducted by ETC. According to the channel, Kareena has emerged as a clear-cut winner because of the box office collections of Rs 200 plus crores which no other heroine has been able to match.
According to the channel, the year 2011 had two Rs 100 plus crore films— Bodyguard and Ra.One and Kareena was part of both the films, hence the recognition. The other 100 crore plus film, Ready belonged to Asin (as Salman Khan’s heroine). Kareena was of course ecstatic with the recognition, but she said that this is just the beginning of the road for her.
